I am really happy to see how each and every one of us is improving with this blogging thing! Playing, designing my blog is always fun and I think I am still in the honeymoon stage with it. I recently discovered that I have to approve comments done to my posts in order for them to be published. I think I had some comments awaiting approval for at least a week (sorry!). But, like everyone else I am learning and getting there. I have been enrolled to canvas as a student and learned to work my way through the website. It's easy to follow and did not have much trouble with it (yay!). To work on Sites and Wiki, I had help so that went smooth...
Being a teacher has been one of the most wonderful things that has happened to me. I never thought I could love it and I do. Now teaching teachers... that's scary. But "my"teachers are great people and have been very helpful accomodating their schedules so we could meet. I have nothing to say to them except thanks for being patient reviewing things they already know and to be eager to learn what they do not. Couldn't be any happier with them.
Looking fordward to the next step!
...sadly a honeymoon with tech usually winds up with one party involved (or both) getting drunk/high and beating the other one. This, in turn, leads to an awkward confrontation of wills and makes for a hard break up. Make sure you're the one doing the beating when it gets to that, ok?
ReplyDeleteThanks for being so patient with me
ReplyDeleteI’m enjoying this too. I think I’m improving as practice time increases. I had a good time reading your comments.
ReplyDeleteSame as you, I also agree that being a teacher is one of the most wonderful things that can happen to us. I think that every person is a teacher, even if he or she is not aware of it. It is something we can not elude.
Your paragraph on reflection is wonderful.
Thank you so much.
Dear Andrea
ReplyDeleteSorry I was not able to be part of your group meeting as my mom had to undergo a minor surgery.
It seems not all of the group members are on the blog list I hope to catch up with them soon.
You are doing a great job!
Andrea,
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you love teaching and that your are comfortable doing this job.
Having some of your colleagues as students for this course may seem a little challenging and probably intimidating, but no need to sweat... you're doing a good job.
Álvaro
Long live the best training group!
